How to View and Manage Your Subscription

This guide will help you understand and manage your premium subscription, including how to view your current plan and make changes.

Viewing Your Current Plan

To check your current subscription status:

  1. Log in to your mask.ai account
  2. Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner

  1. Your subscription status will be under "Subscription Plan"

Free Plan

  • Unlimited AI detection
  • Limited AI humanization (300 free words)
  • Basic content creation tools

Free Trial Plan

  • Unlimited AI detection
  • Enhanced AI humanization (600 free words)
  • Basic content creation tools
  • 1-day trial period

Unlimited Plan

  • Unlimited AI detection
  • Unlimited AI humanization
  • Unlimited access to content generation tools
  • Priority support

Upgrading Your Subscription

To upgrade to a higher-tier plan:

  1. Visit your dashboard
  2. Click the "Upgrade" button on the navigation sidebar

  1. Select your desired plan from the options
  2. Confirm your payment details and proceed with payment.

Your new plan benefits will be available immediately after upgrading.


Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Access your account settings at the bottom left of the navigation sidebar
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. If canceling, proceed through the cancellation flow and provide your reason for cancellation
  4. Click "Confirm" to complete the process

Canceling your subscription takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll maintain access to your current plan until that date. We don't offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle plan changes.

Unexpected Charges:

  • Review your billing history for subscription changes
  • Reach out to support with your transaction number if you spot any discrepancies

Payment Failures:

  • Ensure your payment information is up-to-date
  • Check that your card is still active and hasn't expired

Subscription Status Issues:

  • Clear your browser cache and refresh
  • Log out and log back in
  • Contact support if discrepancies persist
